Radulator provides a free, web-based suite of evidence-based medical calculators designed for healthcare professionals and medical learners. The calculators cover multiple medical specialties including radiology, neuroradiology, trauma imaging, cardiac imaging, breast imaging, women's imaging, clinical decision support, hepatology, urology, interventional radiology, and nephrology. All calculations are performed locally in your browser.
The Site is provided at no charge and is currently offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The medical calculators, formulas, clinical scoring systems, and all other content on Radulator are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are intended to supplement, not replace, the professional judgment of qualified healthcare providers.

All rights reserved. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of Radulator.
The medical formulas and scoring systems referenced on the Site are based on published, peer-reviewed research. Radulator's implementation of these formulas (including code, design, and user experience) is proprietary. The underlying medical formulas themselves remain the intellectual work of their original authors as cited.
Certain calculators on Radulator implement validated patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and clinical scoring instruments. These instruments are copyrighted by their respective developers. Our implementations use paraphrased descriptions for educational and research reference purposes.
Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses before using these tools in formal clinical trials or commercial applications.
When you submit feedback through the Site's feedback form, you grant Radulator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and incorporate your feedback for the purpose of improving the Site. Feedback submitted through the feedback form is used solely for website improvement purposes.
You retain ownership of any feedback you submit but acknowledge that we are not obligated to compensate you for using your suggestions or feedback to improve the Site.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Radulator does not collect, store, transmit, or process any patient data, protected health information (PHI), or personally identifiable health information. All calculator inputs and results are processed entirely within your browser and are never sent to our servers.
You should not enter any real patient identifiers (names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, etc.) into any calculator on the Site. If you do so, it is at your own risk and Radulator bears no liability for any resulting data exposure.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, CALCULATORS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Radulator does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party website.
Radulator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arkansas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radulator regarding the use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
