Important: The feedback form is used solely to collect user suggestions, bug reports, and general feedback to improve the website. Hosting providers and network intermediaries may still receive unavoidable request and security logs, such as IP address, timestamps, request paths, referrer information, and browser or device metadata, according to their own operations and retention practices. These logs are not application analytics and are not controlled by the calculator code.
Radulator uses browser local storage to save your UI preferences, including favorite calculators, recently used calculators, dark mode setting, and whether you have acknowledged the medical disclaimer. This data is stored entirely on your device, is never transmitted to our servers, and contains no patient or clinical information. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

Radulator provides medical calculators for educational and informational purposes only. The calculators are not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Calculator processing occurs locally in your browser; the calculator application does not send these values to our servers.
All calculator inputs and results, including patient-reported outcome scores, are processed entirely within your browser and are not saved by the application as persistent form state. Closing or refreshing the page clears the application's current form state, but is not a guarantee of secure erasure from your device or browser. Copied results, downloaded CSV files, printed reports, and browser-managed copies may remain under your control. CSV exports are generated locally and downloaded to your device.
